Kim obtained her MBA from Michigan State University. She worked for ten years in Labor Relations negotiating labor contracts while representing companies such as General Electric, PepsiCo and Ruby Tuesday. She now has a solid foundation of knowledge in the Canton, Westland, Dearborn and Down River office and retail commercial real estate markets, as well as experience with new construction. Drawing on her past experiences, she has unique insight into negotiations and brining both buyers and seller to closure. She is involved in those communities in her markets with local Chambers as well as close relationships with planning and building departments. Kim is currently working on receiving her CCIM designation.
