Terry brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience to
his clients and has augmented his business insight with a governmental
perspective. For several years he served on the City of Plymouth's
Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. Terry has sought
to develop the diversified skills and knowledge needed to deliver
a wide range of services to clients which include Oakwood Health
Systems, Penske Logistics, First Industrial Realty and Morgan-Stanley
Development. Builders such as the DeMattia Group, Schonsheck,
Inc. and Frankel Development have completed projects with Terry,
ranging from 10,000 to 250,000 square feet for a variety of
Financial, Industrial, Retail, Medical and Office clients. As
a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Terry can bring
his skills to bear for his clients in Michigan or utilize a
network of some 6,000 CCIM Partners in over 1,000 markets across
the globe to meet his client's needs.
