A longtime resident of Oakland County, Mark Carleton is also
a longtime student of real estate investments. An investor
himself, he has broadened his business expertise with 20 years
experience in technical and medical equipment sales. This experience
has given Mark keen insight into the needs of both buyers and
sellers and the ability to bring them together to close a deal.
His work includes both acquisitions and dispositions of improved
retail and office properties, as well as land, for a diverse
group of clients in the active markets of northwest Oakland
County. He enhances that work by his involvement with the Commercial
Board of Realtors and "Model D," a group that furthers investment
in the city of Detroit.
