Jeffery E. Gibbs has over 17 years of Real Estate Analysis, Assessment and Development experience including being the Finance/Acquisition Manager with a major local builder for five years. Jeff has entitled and developed multiple projects in metro Detroit as well as well as in Arlington Texas, Portland Oregon, Madison Wisconsin, Baton Rouge Louisiana, and Cambridge Massachusetts. Jeff has particular skill in real estate finance and is able to offer his clients an array of project analysis tools, like project proformas and various forecasting models. With extensive ties to the communities which he specializes, (including Rochester, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, and Oakland Township), Jeff has had great success identifying the highest and best users for all types of commercial properties, including owner/users who are looking to redeploy equity through sale and lease back sales.
