KEVIN
JAPPAYA
Since his graduation from Wayne State University Kevin has worked hard to develop strong relationships with business owners, developers, and investors. As a business owner himself in the hospitality industry, he not only knows how to go the extra mile to make clients happy, he also has an insider's understanding of sales and marketing. Kevin uses that experience in the hospitality industry to serve the community as board chairman for the Livingston County Convention and Visitors Bureau. In addition to a wealth of practical experience, Kevin's academic degree in accounting gives him an edge in working the numbers for both buyers and sellers—especially those interested in retail, office, vacant land development, and investment properties.
Kevin is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR), Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce, and the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce. Kevin is also pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
