Jim made his first career in accounting, as a certified public
accountant for KPMG International and Comerica Bank. That means
he brings to his real estate clients a thorough understanding
of how to make the numbers on a deal work—and work to
clients' advantage. Jim has been doing just that for all of
his 18 years in commercial real estate, most recently on the
sale of a 26,500 square-foot building in Madison Heights. New
in 2005 to the Thomas A. Duke Company, he is quickly establishing
a base and making a name for himself in Macomb and southeastern
Oakland Counties.
