Joe has lived in northwest Oakland County his entire life, and
since 1993 has worked in commercial real estate with the Thomas
A. Duke Company. Over that 12-year span Joe has developed a
comprehensive understanding of all facets of land development,
financing and cash flow analysis, and especially the particular
requirements of development in White Lake, Highland, Harland
and Commerce Townships. Owners and developers alike come to
